I guess it has/had something to do with the fact that last Friday was Groundhog Day!!!

Hello Everyone!

We are one month away and are already staging cars for this event. There are thirteen award categories of people's choice awards. This is not a judged show, all attendees will be provided ballots and pens.

Ratty, pristine, daily drivers, bring them all! Porsche, that is . . . .

This years custom made awards are made of 1/4" thick aluminum plate with OEM hood badges attached and measure approx 12x14". No cheap trophies here.

A large local race shop has moved and is filling a 16x45' bay in the paddock garage with lots of parts to sell. We have many other parts purveyors lined up.

There is a free (suitable for framing) 18x24" event poster available to all Rennlister's - just come see me.

Also throughout the day you will have an opportunity to do a few controlled laps on track for a small fee. The show benefits "Homes for our Troops"

Here are the thirteen categories;

1. BEST MODERN RACE CAR 2000 – PRESENT
2. BEST VINTAGE RACE CAR 1950-1999
3. BEST 1950 – 1959
4. BEST 1960 – 1969
5. BEST 1970 – 1979
6. BEST 1980 – 1989
7. BEST 1990 – 1999
8. BEST 2000 – 2009
9. BEST 2010 – PRESENT
10. BEST FRONT ENGINE MODEL
11. BEST REAR ENGINE MODEL
12. BEST IN SHOW
13. HIGHEST MILEAGE DRIVEN TO THE EVENT

I forgot to mention . . . . all cars who enter the show are encouraged to take part in the "Grand Finale" parade laps around the track which is part of the show car package.
