We recently had this beautiful 2010 911 Turbo come into the studio. The owner who had just purchased the vehicle was looking to refine the paintwork by removing the swirls and scratches and protect the different surfaces with a variety of exclusive Modesta Glass Coatings. Porsche paintwork is always a joy to work with and we were excited to get started.

2x2 bucket wash process with Gyeon Bath



Paintwork decontaminated with a combination of Griots Garage Fall Out Remover and a Detailed Image Fine Grade Clay Bar





Wheels, trim, emblems and plastics were masked off to prevent any damage while machine polishing



Paint measurements taken to ensure a safe polishing process.



We perfected the finish using the Rupes LHR21 DA Polisher paired with Meguairs M205 Finishing Polish on a Meguiars Microfiber Finishing Disc.



Old yellow clear bra was removed to polish underneath and once perfected, we reinstalled LLumar Self Healing Clear Bra.



This 911 received Modesta BC-08 Neo Silica Glass Coating on the paintwork for 2-3 years of durable protection and gloss. BC-08 has traces of zirconium to create great shine and luster on the paint while it's three dimensional matrix ensures excellent water repellency and self cleaning. The coating's thick layer acts as a self sacrificing barrier to protect the finish of the vehicle from scratches and marring as well as adverse environmental effects



The wheels were treated to a combination of Modesta BC-09/08. We first applied the base layer of BC-09 baked each wheel to 170 degrees and topped them with BC-08 for even greater gloss. BC-09 creates a highly durable hydrophilic layer of special polysilazane molecules that can protect the paint from contamination and dirt and deliver a improved scratch resistance.
