Default Hatchback or Trunk Lid?

I think I know the answer already, but from the pictures I have seen it looks like the Taycan will NOT have a hatchback like a Panamera. Does anyone have a confirmation of this?

It's been confirmed it has a trunk. I forget where.

Pretty sure from the mules it will be a trunk with fixed rear window. That's what all the mules have, and it's unique to the Taycan, so probably it will be in the production version.

Thanks to all. I thought that was the case, just wanted verification. For me, that will make the Taycan less versatile compared to my 2017 Panamera 4S.

Yes, definitely less versatile. I've used the hatchback many times on my Panamera GTS. Many trips to Home Depot - amazing car for hauling lots of people and large items.

There is a wagon coming as well if you want more versatility.

Confirmed Sedan - unveiled at Frankfurt September 2019, deliveries Q1 2020 onwards
Educated guess on Wagon - Unveiled Geneva March 2020, deliveries Q3 2020 onwards.
