Mission E testing at thunderhill
Porsche was kind enough to arrange for me a private testing session at Thunderhill on Thursday March 22nd, 2018 - I don't have any in car video for obvious reasons but they did let me take some pics in the cold pit. Given the time I had with the car I can say it's really easy to put the car where ever you want on track and the acceleration was fantastic - I can't wait for the production version - in the mean time enjoy these photos of a gorgeous red Mission-E in hopefully what will become it's natural element.
The white car never made it out on track due to technical issues, but the red car was ready to go and I took these picture to prove I'm not making this up. Apparently Porsche has heard about my enthusiasm for EV's and my extensive track experience and they hauled two test mules from Germany, rented thunderhill for me, arrange wonderful sunny weather, and let me loose with the red car - Porsche is truly an awesome car company and their customer service is beyond exceptional. If you want me to arrange for you to have access to the Mission-E on track prior to it's North American release - please contact me at : RUSeriouslyBelievingThis@gmail.com - when I get the eMail I'll get right back to you to arrange your track date.

All I can say is I wish it wasn't a prank...the car is breathtaking....Why they are abandoning this design, who will ever know but it would have redfined Porsche as a car builder. Instead they stayed with being conservative....too bad.

I wish it wasn’t a joke also - but it was fun playing with the AR app. Looking forward to the actual car!
