Can't believe Pfaff screwed up like that...wow. I've heard some bad stories about their service dept. Never go there for service myself, always at Auto Select in Newmarket. Is your insurance going to cover everything? You back for awhile now?

Hi Sonny, how you doing ? I just got back everything is fine and yes try to fix the car but the insurance doesn't want to pay for it. Last year when I had the accident at Pfaff Tunung they put new rims and tires on but they never balanced or aligned it. When I told them about the noise of the tires they said it is normal. Now when I took the car for oil change they didn't release the car saying it is not safe to drive needs new tires alignment and balancing beceause wasn't done last year. I am really pissed.
