    Hi Raj,

I sent you a "visitor message" rather than a "private" message. Not sure why there is a difference. I did not change the front a the GTS already has the sport front spoiler. Techart makes one but it's not cheap and does not give more down force than the GTS sport spoiler. You don't have to change the front if you have the GTS. If you don't the car could start to feel light at high speed. Sorry but I did not see which model you have...

If you'd like to send your email, I can send you a PDF of the installation instructions so you can see what is entailed. The are not the clearest and likely translated from German.

Greg, thank you for your prompt response. Did you have to change your front bumper too? Also, didgo to a dealer to reprogram PAA (Porsche Active Aerodynamics) settings after installing the wing? I expected wing installation (wing, labor, painting, reprogramming) to cost $8k. You seem to have completed everything for about 4k and it looks fantastic. Thanks for all the info - Raj PS: is this the right way to PM? Thx.

    Hello,

You asked about the cost of acquiring and painting the TechArt Rear Spoiler II. It's no secret but I thought it might be more prudent than to give you the information privately. I bought the wing through a company called Wheel Enhancement here in Los Angeles. They have been around for many years and I first got with him in 1983. The cost was $3,250. Plus tax of course. If you really want to spend money you can get the wing portion in carbon fiber but that about doubles the cost. I've been paid a friend of mine who does touch up work for dealers and who will make house calls to paint the wing. He took it to his house to paint it and it took about a week. I paid him $350. He purposely left it so I would have to color sand it after mounting it. I need a free day to do that as I want to mask off and cover the surrounding areas. Labor did not cost me anything but it's not an easy project. Hope this helps.

    Greg
