    Hi,

I plan to visit a local dealer and test drive base Cayenne MY2022. I've been scanning through Rennlist forums and apart from complaints re transmission sluggishness at low speeds on early models, I haven't seen anything major to be worried about (other than topic on Lithium vs AGM battery). I have owned many Porsches in my life (mostly 911s and a few Panameras) and as I'm settling into my retirement life, I want to reduce my car garage to one vehicle only, so I'll settle for a base Cayenne.

I want to get some advice re 6th gear driveline vibration, which I heard about on the Rennlist forum from a 2022 base Cayenne owner. In case you have the same issue, my question is how fast were you driving, what was the road quality, tire size, weather temperature and your drivetrain specs (regular steel or Air suspension with PASM). The car that I'm planning to test drive has PASM with Air suspension and rear wheel steering.
