Hi, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by the measurements you need.

The spec is 18x9 ET50 front, 18x10 ET56 rear. This means they are 18" wheels. The fronts are 9" wide and the rears are 10" wide, which is the lip plus barrel. The wheel offsets are 50mm fronts and 56mm rear.

I added a photo to the original posting of the 18x9 original etching on the front wheel showing that spec. I'll have to take a photo of the rear showing the 18x10 etching as well.

I can ship Fed Ex and should be able to go to Taiwan as long as you cover the shipping charges. Not sure what shipping would be since it would be 4 individual boxes shipped out at about 25-30 lbs per box.
