I am a 911 purist. 1970 & 1973 911S's and 1973RS's both touring and tincan, I can tell a few stories. I have been enjoying them since before the 1986 Portland, Maine Porsche Parade exposed them. Before that date an excellent '73 RS fetched merely $23,000 USD. Although the Porsche Factory did outbid me on a British Concourse Winner which I tried to forget after $65,000 in 1986.
