    Note my 993 has 93k miles so we are on the same wavelength. IMHO,priority wise, your shocks are toast. Had Bilstein greens with H&R's on my 964 and it was a really rough ride. The new Koni FSD's are supposed to be "better". Next, I would add the FD Stage III's--much lighter than factory cans and a sound that has to be heard. At 80k, your shift linkages are dying--the FD short shift and goldenrod in pair. Stock brakes are fine-more than you need to begin with. Wheels are so personal--but 3 pounds per wheel is noticeable--go light as possible. Had an IRIS 96 993--should have kept it--great color. Good luck--it's only $$.
