If you take the bracket off - it becomes more evident - you basically want to open up the screw holes and move the whole assembly forward. It's been a couple of years since I did it - and I was nervous about it at first - but it was pretty obvious once you get the bracket off .

I saw you had completed the radiator and fender liner mod to increase your space for the front wheels. Would you be able to point out to me where the slotting of the bracket actually happens? I know where to cut the excess off but I'm a little lost on where to slot it so I can move it forward. Please let me know if you can.
