    Hello,

I've been reading your posts on 964's for a long time. Ready to buy a 91 to 94 C2 coupe. Since you have the pulse on the 964 market and spring is coming. Do you know of any nice 964 's that may come up for sale?. Living in Michigan all the clean cars are on the west coast or snap up by private buyers. I have seen one or two for sale by Holt but they go fast and some of the nice ones are never posted on his site. Are the 91- 92 turbos, worth looking at since all the hype is for the 93-94 models?

Thanks for all the get information you post on this site, you really know these cars and speak from experience.

    Thanks
    Leo

    Greg,

Congrats on your purchase. great cars and quite rare.

I don't have any links i can send you but can try to help. I caution you that making the changes over time can get expensive. If you swap out the rear arms on the C4 setup using the C4 tranny you will need special axles to make it work and if you convert over to a c2 box later it will need a different set of axles and parts.

The PET is the best source for parts https://www.porsche.com/all/media/pd...64_KATALOG.pdf

Let me know what you are thinking of doing and I can try to help you with making the changes but I would consider doing it all at once if unless you don't mind spending a lot on parts twice.

    Anthony

PS I do have a set of narrow body trailing arms if you find them hard to locate.

    Hi Cobalt,

First off, thank you for being such a great contributing member to this site. I am a total noob, but have been reading this forum for years. I wanted to ask you a question as I have read some previous threads that you are doing or did a project similar to what I am contemplating. I am about to pull the trigger on a 1994 C4 widebody car. I would love to one day convert the car to C2 (I think), but want to drive the C4 as is for a while to learn the car and see if that is necessary. What I really want to do though, is convert to narrow body rear trailing arms. I read that you were doing this on your C4 that you converted to a C2. Any chance you have a parts list or spread sheet built for this conversion? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do know that this particular car has been upgraded to turbo brakes (if that changes anything). Do you have a link for any of this? C2 conversion or NB trailing arms? Thanks so much for your time!!

    My Best,
    Greg Wolfe

    Try this site https://www.stuttcars.com/

Otherwise the option codes are also listed in the PET.

Sunroof delete would be option M651. You would need to look at the ROW option list.

    Hi,

In all option lists I have seen is M650 the sunroof option, not the sunroof delete option.
Do you have a correct list of options.
    My email is paul.koebrugge@ziggo.nl

Hello! I Have bayer who can bay it at me! He ask me find it for him.

No luck contacting Mark Smith? I would guess this will take a while. It took me a year to find my turbo back in early 2000 when they were plentiful and RS 3.8 doesn't come up for sale but once in a blue moon so to speak.

I am assuming anyplace in the world will do?
