Hey I saw your post from 2018 (lol) that said you may have a right rear clear tail light for a 997.2 911? Do you still have it? Shoot me a text if so I’d like to buy it. 904-707-1525 Michael

Looks like I dont have enough posts to sent you a private message, so hopefully this is ok. I followed your M3 build over on M3F and was curious as to where you found your new steering wheel. Are you able to share any insite?

Hi there. I was scanning though the focus on folks who have done BBS E88 on a GTS. You had commented on one of the threads about it being good. Have you done it or heard of anyone doing it?
This the thread I am referring to.

Some say that 325 tire on a 19x12.5 would be too much for the car and it would cause uneven tire wear.
Any thoughts on it would be appreciated.

    Hi,

I saw your post on your 991 cup car steering with the custom carbon backing plates and the switches. Did you manage to get all the switches functioning?

    Hi

I wasn't sure how to message you directly (don't think i can send a private message with my account) ... I just joined Rennlist to say thanks for your post "DIY - Wiring High Beams and Indicators to Aftermarket Steering Wheel Buttons" .... my wife drives with a hand control and local regulations meant her car needed to have a remote indicator switch installed on the end of the hand control arm. With your detailed post I was able to make the modification and she is now back on the road. Without your post I'm not sure what we would have done....maybe I'd have got to drive her car instead of my old Golf, so maybe I shouldn't be thanking you after all!

Massive thanks for going to the effort to document what you did

    nwGTS,
I see you got your car out of storage, nice. Do you plan to do any drives or cars n coffee? I'm in if you hear of anything.

appreciate it. My car actually sits a little lower than the picture shows since I went from techart springs to H&R's. About a 1/4 inch lower. Doesn't sound like much but it's very visible. As for 6sp vs pdk, I was a die hard manual too but I got tired of fighting the relentless trend towards the automated manuals and I'm actually having fun with the PDK now. It's amazing technology and you can work it like a manual all day long except you won't have that third pedal.
