Rome Catholic High School, 72. As far a leads, all I usually see in FL are quite high mileage examples. The sun here also beats up most cars and it is very evident for classic cars. You are probably better off looking in the NE as long as the cars arent diven in winters. Have you looked at Holt Motors? They seem to have a pretty good reputation and focus on 993's. PCA classifieds are good as well as RL but you find any steals on these 2 sites. this is a link that is really comprehensive. rallystuff.com/pcar_sources.html. Not that I have ever owned a 993 C4S, i have driven a few. I have had 2 993 's (95-98), both C2's. The differnce between the C4 and C2 is weight and some people liken the C4 to driving with the parking brake on. I will keep my antenas up if I see any thing come up locally but on the other hand, if I do I will probably buy it. I have had 964,993,996,997 and bought the best 911 i have ever driven last Nov., 2010 GT3. Good luck with your search
