Many thanks for the Heads up on the IMSG.

I would not have ever known about it here in the UK for ages.

    Thanks

    Regards

    Richard.

    Kurt,

The side skirts were put on by a Porsche dealer. So they are factory parts, but did not come from the factory that way. They do add a lot to the look without changing any bumpers which can get very expensive of course.

    James,
I like the side skirts on your car. Are they Porsche or aftermarket? It looks like you kept the stock bumper. Am I correct? I have an '02 C2 Coupe Seal Grey, so your Targa gives me a great perspective on what the skirts would look like on mine. Thanks,
    Kurt

    Larry,

Adding the rear sway made a huge difference in controlling body roll. It corners much harder and turns into the corners much crisper. This is because the rear end doesn't feel like it's waiting around like it does with the stock bar. I was considering the RoW 030 suspension but I thought I would try the rear bar first since I have done this on many other cars with similar success. It's worth much more than the $240 I paid for it. It's my favorite mod so far because it affected the handling so much. I do love the Fabspeed exhaust and the 997 shifter. If I had to choose to keep the exhaust or the rear sway bar, it would be a very hard decision because the car is so quiet with the stock exhaust. If you end up buying it, I'll look up where I got it. It was cheaper than anywhere else I could fine...just under $240 shipped.

James, I am curious about your H & R rear sway bar mod... What is your take on it? I have an 02 C4S coupe (street use only) with stock suspension, and wonder what kind of difference it would make? Since the car is rear-weighted, I would expect an improvement, but wonder how much? (I have done some power mods, though, and am well pleased: EVOMS reflash, K & N CAI, and Billy Boat mufflers (absolutely love 'em). Thanks for your input.
