I have a set the stock GT3 wheels from my 2007 that I don't need. They have an abused set of MPSC's on them, but the wheels are in great shape. They are silver powder coated. I don't get to rennlist that frequently, so send me an email if you're still looking:

    Mark,
Thank you for the reply. Yes, I have been to the Omaha dealership and I'm working with Brian. Before Mitch went to South Africa Brian was the only one who had seen the new 911 so he was able to give me his perspective. I look forward to hearing from Mitch after his SA expereince with the cars.

I also saw the owners white "S". That helped. My wife wants Racing Yellow but Mitch told her we would take a hit on it when we traded it in as it's apparently not a fast selling color in NE. I think I've voted against guards red and will concentrate on either black/black or white/black. It will probably come down to how much time I want to spend keeping the car clean and free of swirl marks.

I see that people are concerned about the 20" wheels on the back. While I initially selected the 19" wheels (base car) Brian said the 20's look so much better but on NE roads I don't know how well the 20's will hold up as this is my daily ride. So many things to consider.

    MRM 930 -

Saw your post where you may buy a Porsche in Carrera White? I too live in Omaha - transplant from San Francisco. Just put a deposit down for a base "new 911" (code name 991) but I'm struggling with the color selection. I've had black, grey and white cars in the past. My current ride is a 2009 Audi A5 in Ibis White with black interior. I know colors are very personal and everyone has their own opinion as to what they like and dislike.

If you have owned Porsche's in the past maybe you can help me with my color selection. I'm probably leaning toward black or white at this point but also considering Guards Red. Obvioulsy its my decision to make but I don't mind input from others, especially neighbors.

This is my first Porsche and yes I've seen the Santa Barbara launch pictures which helps.

    Thanks,
    Jim S.
