Yes, it'll fit.

Looks like the same blue to me.

To swap it out, first disconnect the battery ground for 20 min to avoid airbag issues, then there are two torx fasteners holding the airbag on (accessed from the back), then you can unplug and remove the airbag, there is a large (24 or 26mm nut, with a big washer behind it) that you have to remove - then you can take the old wheel off and the new one pops right back on. Reinstall the washer, replace and tighten the nut, reinstall the airbag, tighten the torx screws, reconnect the battery, and you're good to go.

Yeah I'm interested in your steering wheel if you can help me determine if it'll fit?

I have a 2000 C2 Cabrio. I'm not clear on the actual interior color (Metropol Blue?). I guess that was the only blue interior in 2000.
It's a 6 speed manual and the 3 spoke. I have the airbag and just want to replace the wheel because the old carbon fiber looks so bad now. Photo attached.
