Help. 1999 c2 auto. Ran fine ,immobilizer got wet, replaced. ECU doc reprogrammed, new key fob, all good, plug & play. No crank, no start. New battery, DME, factory rebuilt Bosch starter, ignition switch, all fuses good, good ground. In the key start position, 12.7 volts at pin # 30, continuity to pin # 87, no crank. Jumper pins 30 & 87 key to start position cranks perfect! Ok, needs new starter relay , simple. Installed new starter relay, no crank? Maybe defective, installed a 2nd new relay, same result, no crank, no start. All of the other electrical components work normally. All of the wiring looks good, car is in excellent condition, 74K. Wits end for me, short trip!
