    Bought it through rennlist. Asking price was $90K.

    I got it below asking.

    It was a daily driver for all of those miles, and in my opinion in better mechanical condition than a 20-30K mile track car. The car was very clean, all records, maintenance and conveniently located (no travel, no shipping). I knew the shop who maintained it. I didn't even do a PPI.

    It's all about perceived value to the buyer.

    I'm curious if you don't mind sharing, what does a 60k mile GT3 go for? I feel like you never see these for sale with significant miles.
