Hi Mark: Love your Meteor Gray 997.2 GT3 . I am also in the PNW area and I live in Kirkland/Woodinville Area. Did you pin or weld your coolant lines? Can you recommend a shop that will do this as I want to track my GT3 in the future.

Well, in a way. I made the move from a 1962 vw beetle with a 2.1 liter :-)
Air cooled, yes.... But a different ballpark.

Kind of like moving from peewee t ball to minor league.
Next will be a gt3 I hope.

No regrets. Love my 997. It's civilized when needed for a family road trip but also a beast on a canyon run or at the track.
Initially I was looking at a 993 but the maintenance costs were off putting as well as the difference in performance.
