These are authentic Ruf R97 forged wheels. These are the wheels Ruf currently sells on newer 993s as well as the wheels that appeared on 997  Ruf builds. These particular wheels are,

8.5 x 19 ET50 with Michelin PS4 235/35/19 (56W 20 Production date)
11 x 19 ET50 with Michelin PS4 295/30/19 (6W 21 Production date)

Fitment: Ruf made these wheels for the 997, hence the R97 part number. These typically would be on NB/WB 997s and will likely fit on WB 996s without issue. This is an aggressive fit for a WB 993 as Ruf generally installed the 10x19 rear on their newer 993 builds. They fit great on my fender rolled WB 993 but they are a tight fit, even with the fenders rolled. They will fit other models but I cannot guarantee fitment for you. Please look at the wheel specs to ensure fitment. 

The wheels and tires are virtually brand new with only a few thousand miles on them and have been in storage since 2023. The wheels have very small scuffs within the bolt holes. 

Reason for sale is that I currently have Ruf 18" wheels on the car and I need the space in the garage. Detailed pics to follow. The wheels are located in Orlando and I will ship them at buyers expense. My guess is that they will be $400-600 to ship.
