How does it tow behind the Cayenne?

 

Very comfortable and stable. I am not really effected by wind and passing trucks. My Cayenne does have air suspension which helps.
The trailer has electric brakes and with the bias tuned properly on the brake controller, it slows or stops without drama.

Car, 2 sets of tires, misc junk is still well under tow rating.
At no point is the Cayenne working hard and at speed I remain in 8th gear

Cayenne with air suspension will do fine. We towed a 22' enclosed ATC trailer just fine. Just had no idea what was right behind us as we could never get mirror extensions that worked...

 

I added a rear view camera to the rear marking light. Can see anyone lurking on my corner as well as anyone directly behind me

Mirror extensions tended to fall off. Might have been due to Speed 😁

 

any idea on the empty weight?

 

According to Trailex that model is 2200-2300 pounds. They are not precise on this, but the extra 12 inches height adds minimal weight - maybe at most 75-100 pounds.
