1. No, the transfer case service has not been done - my understanding is the service interval for that is between 40K and 60K miles.
2. No, I bought the car without roof rails - they were deleted from factory
3. While the PDK service interval is also 60K, I had it done along with the 35K mile oil change because of age, not miles. My feeling was the it was a relatively inexpensive safeguard for the transmission.
I had planned to do the transfer case at the 40K oil change.
