Default Turbo S Ducts

Hi - I may be interested in your turbo S ducts. Are these plug and play into the 1998 Carrera S?

And how hard would it be to paint color match to a ocean blue metallic? I know Amazon sells a few sprays in the same paint code but not sure if that's something you do yourself or have to find a professional paint shop, or what

I had a body shop paint it to match. But there are tons of info on RL on the swap with many more capable hands doing the spray painting themselves.
