And how much did he pay in ADM on the car he was purchasing using the trade in? I look at both the amount of the ADM and the value of the trade together. If the trade in value offered is high, that could be offset by a high ADM.

No clue, I'm not that deep into his business. Just know what his MSRP was and what he just sold the car for, he did not trade it in for any car.
Perhaps you can spell it out for the uninitiated? What exactly are you selling for $35k? The right to then pay MSRP for this vehicle, or the right to then pay MSRP plus ADM?
Great question!
The $35k gets you the right to buy the car at MSRP without anything else additional required.
Dealers are paying 50-80k over MSRP on trade in for GT3 tourings right now depending on the spec. Few weeks ago friend traded in his 192k MSRP one for 262k.
the market has cooled a little bit in the last few weeks, but depending on spec yes this is the fair range, but the ADM amount charged on top of the trade is critical here to know if it is actually a good deal~
Since you mentioned he didn't have another allocation he traded for, that is probably why he got away so well in this case

Go it. You mean this car, don't you? Based on the pic you posted I though it was a green car with silver wheels :-) Not a big fan of the gold wheels and would prefer something other than black . . .

What transmission is in this Touring? Both a pdk & a manual are an option. I see “pedals including dead pedal” are in aluminum. Is this the que for manual?

If I was in the market for a GT3 Touring, I’d jump all over this. Seems like a transparent and fair deal.
Yeah to be honest every other touring allocation I've heard of is 70k+ but that's to spec your own and PTS may not even be available. 35k over with no tariffs even though its an already specced car is as good as it's getting unless you've somehow won the MSRP dealer lottery basically.

Tourings come standard with a 6MT, so unless you see PDK on the build, they will be manual
