Beautiful and rare manual 2015 911 GTS in great condition. Sad to sell this one but I have two other fun cars and not enough time to drive any of them. Time to thin the herd a little bit. Really hard to find comps for pricing but I'm sure you all will let me know what you think :-)

-- 7 speed manual (the most important option)
-- slick top
-- 5-lug wheels
-- heated seats
-- PDCC & PASM
-- GTS Alcantara package interior with red stitching
-- all the usual awesome GTS stuff like 430 HP and sport exhaust
-- both keys, manuals, etc.
-- currently 39,726  miles but I do still drive it occasionally
-- clear MN title, no loan
-- full front PPF and rear fender spats
-- tinted windows but it's moderate -- not too dark

No known mechanical issues -- runs great.
Only real cosmetic issue is scrapes under the front lip. This is an easy repair or replacement but since a lot of the scrapes are from my driveway, I have not had it repaired. Only visible from under the car anyway.
Other very minor cosmetic things like shoe scrapes on door sills.
Tires will need replacement soon.

Overall just a super nice and clean car that you can actually drive and enjoy!
