 Modifications:

Modifications on the car is Soul High-Flow Catalytic Converters and EVOMS Diverter Valves, both installed at 25,000 miles.
 Rear tires were replaced mid-to-end of 2023, front left tire replaced this week and front right is over 5mm depth.

Rears are ~5mm depth (adequate for CPO from Porsche FYI).

Brake pads are sufficient but may need replacing at 30,000 miles.

Oil change performed last Dec (due to yearly requirement, not miles)
 I used this car as my daily driver from Dec 2022 to Sept 2023 for about 3k miles (garaged at home and covered parking at work). After that, my M5 took over that duty. I now have another 911 for weekends, so this car needs a new home.
 I do owe a small amount to the bank, which I have the cash on hand for already and if we have a deal, I’ll pay it off and give you the title.
 The car does have a prior minor front end accident from the 2nd owner, which I have no information on other than being told that a certified Porsche dealer did the repair work, and it obviously passed Porsche North Scottsdale’s CPO certification process.
