Fits all 991,992, 718 4RS centerlock
Material: Black Delrin

This is used to prevent dropping the wheel onto the caliper or rotor.  
Long configuration is good for 13" wide wheel
Short configuration is good for 10" wide wheel

That’s a totally different tool (this one used to jiggle the locking mechanism only). The first one used to slide off wheel over brakes without contact.
