*SALE PENDING*
Time to sell my Cayman Track/HPDE car. While the chassis has 112k miles on it, below is what has been replaced in the last 15k miles or so. Most of the miles since my ownerships are highway, as I took it to work once per week just to keep it moving and drove it 300 miles roundtrip to the track multiple times. Car has always been kept under a cover when outdoors.
Motor: built by KMW Motorsports of Pompano Beach (Mahle pistons, Corrillo rods, etc.), IDP plenum, BMC filters, FVD sport muffler, new water pump, spark plugs, coil packs, etc., and I've done an oil change every 1k miles. The car was built for an endurance racer client of KMW, and they apparently bored it out a tiny bit too much, as it does consume oil on the track when the oil pressure is very high. On the street it's absolutely fine, but on the track it burns about one bar of oil from the gauge every 30 minutes. I bring an extra quart with me, and top it off after each session. It has done this since the day I acquired the car, the oil consumption has never changed, and the car is very fast (see videos linked below). I've never put it on a dyno, but given the lap times on TW200 tires and a full interior, I'm assuming it's a healthy number. The car comes with a MyGenie device to swap between stock and FVD program - I ran the stock program as I was more concerned with reliability than every tenth of a second on track.
Transmission: PDK was replaced with a Porsche factory refurbished unit, installed by RS1 in Pompano in 2021. A BGB cooler was also installed and I've done a PDK fluid/filter change every year to ensure my "new" PDK lasts as long as the original (roughly 100k miles).
Suspension: Ohlins Road & Track with Elephant Racing control arms, thrust arms and toe links installed by Foreign Affairs in 2022.
Bakes: Stoptech Trophy 60 front 40 rear brake kit installed by me in 2022 (still have the OEM calipers rebuilt with Racing Brake components in 2021), with GiroDisc rotors and a set of StopTech rotors - both have plenty of life. RBF660 replaced every few months.
Wheels: in addition to the OEM wheels I also have a set of 18" OZ with a set of NT01 that only have one session on them so basically new, or a set of 19" OZ that have RE71RS that need to be replaced - your choice with the purchase.
Seats: Euro 996 GT3 seats installed (still have the OEM)
Steering wheel: 981 alcantara sport wheel (still have the OEM)
Aero: Composite Concepts GT3 cup splitter, dive planes, GT4 side scoops and rear carbon fiber wing.
Car has been meticulously maintained, with various other parts replaced under my ownership (bearings, oil sensor, O2 sensors, etc.) - I've got most receipts from the previous owners and myself going back to 2012 in a 1" thick manilla folder. It was apparently in a minor accident in 2019 that required a new right front fender. Car is honestly in very good shape given its age - the "info" button on the dash fell off (I still have it) and the A/C no longer works. It is ceramic coated, so cleaning it is a breeze.
As mentioned above, the car is very fast and handles very well - car will go through Bishops at WOT with no drama. Videos of my personal best times at Sebring and Homestead follow, both set in February of last year, along with cold start, walk around and driving:

Brakes: $6,000
Steering Wheel: $750
