Description:

OEM Porsche "loud" muffler, PN: 9F2.251.053.A. It is off of my 2020 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport, 3.8 motor.  5,200 miles. Excellent condition, no dents, no dings, no damage. Sounds awesome!!!  Just too loud for the tracks I drive at wide open throttle/high revs.

Local pick up (Portland, OR):  $1,500 cash.  Shipped:  $1,550 PayPal, plus freight.

This is different than the standard Gt4/gts 4.0 muffler? is it valved?

It is not valved. Porsche sold two mufflers for the Clubsport -- a "Loud" version and a "Silent" version. This is the "Loud" version. My car is a 3.8 -- I don't know if it fits a 4.0.

I'll get you that info tomorrow. Externally it looks to be identical to the "silent" version except that there are no valves; presumably, the difference is in the internals.

Dimensionally, this Porsche OEM "Loud" muffler is identical in size and shape to the "silent" Porsche OEM Porsche muffler, except that it does not have the vacuum valve controllers sticking out. (My car was an Asia car, which may be why it was equipped with the loud muffler, although I think you could spec either one if you were ordering one new from PMNA.)

It is approximately 46" at its widest -- outside of flange to outside of flange -- and approximately 11.5" high.

It weighs ≈ 26 lbs.
