The car is located in Fort Collins, Colorado

History:
The car was built by Cervelli Technical Service here in Colorado in 2015.  It is a high-end build, originally set up for endurance racing.  It was run in WRL for a few events, then sold and used by a couple different owners for only DE events, then I purchased it in 2020 for SPB racing.

In my 3+ years of ownership, I have extensively refined and refreshed the car, and have been running it in PCA SPB club racing, as well as some DE events.

At every race I have this car at people walk up all the time in the paddock and say “This is one of the nicest/cleanest SPBs I have ever seen”.  The car is currently very well sorted and needs nothing.  Brand new rebuild on the transmission Sept 2023 by Gbox.

Build Information:
-Fully setup and legal for SPB.  PCA logbook from 2021-on.
-Weight on car with minimal fuel and me in the car at 200lbs wet is under 2668lbs.
-I have had a couple podiums in this car and one win in PCA.  No issues keeping up w/ the front end of the SPB field.
-Stock 2.5L engine and 5-speed transmission per PCA rules
-Dyno shows 196HP (DynoJet) in March 2024 (Excellent for a healthy 2.5L Boxster engine).
-Transmission was rebuilt by Gbox in Sept 2024 and has only been on the track once since then for a shakedown/practice day, where it shifted beautifully.
-Roll cage - Chromoly 4130 cage 1.75” diameter and 0.095” thickness material – Nice cage built as a copy of the 996 GT3 Cup factory cage.   The car is VERY stiff.
-Motec C127 dash with sensors for oil pressure, oil temp, coolant pressure, coolant temp, brake pressure, gear selected, RPM/redline warning, high temp warnings for engine and transmission, lap timing, predictive lap timing, etc
-SPA fire system, electronic actuation, with nozzles on driver and in engine bay, dash and cowl buttons – Fire bottle refilled/recertified by SPA in April 2022
-Chillout PRO driver cooling system with quick release mount and intake booster fan – Upgraded to brand new Chillout Pro in Jan 2024 (had the V3 version before) - **Pure awesome** - Available for additional cost see below
-Deep sump oil sump with baffles (LNE)
-Oil to water transmission cooler with pump and temp monitoring through Motec
-Power steering cooler (LNE)
-Center radiator and 996/S center coolant pipes.
-996 GT3 brake booster and brake master cylinder (installed winter 2021-2022)
-Redhead quick dump fueling system with fuel cell vent mounted to stock fuel tank (two redhead bottles included)
-Custom exhaust wrapped in fiberglass wrap
-Headers professionally wrapped by HeaderShield (expensive!)
-Motorola radio with helmet plug near seat, push to talk on steering wheel. (Two Motorola radios with one headset and two charging stations included)
-OMP RS-PT2 seat – New in Jan 2024 – Mounted on new GMG seat base/sliders
-Side nets, roof net, and belts all current date range
-Numeric shift cables with Tarett shift linkage upgrade
-997 GT3 shifter with Function First Shift-rite kit installed
-Rennline shifter riser
-Tarett caliper studs
-Spiegler stainless brake flex lines
-SPB required rain light
-Odyssey PC925 battery and mount (You could save some weight by going to a PC680 but I had trouble w/ the life of the smaller PC680 battery)
-Wheel bearings replaced winter 2021-2022 packed with Krytox grease
-Speedhive MyLaps X2 hardwired transponder with paid subscription through April 2025 (Can be transferred to new owner)

- This car has so many little nice things I am probably forgetting a bunch.  It’s a great build and a solid car.

Service history overview (I can email a detailed spreadsheet of all work done during my ownership to interested buyers):
-Newly rebuilt transmission by Gbox (Car has been on the track once since installing for testing.  Shifts great)
-New clutch, FW, pressure plate (Sachs performance), clutch master, and new rear main seal June 2023
-Engine out service cleaning up engine and transmission, replaced all auxillaries with new (Alternator, water pump, pulleys, PS pump), replaced all rubber and plastic parts with new, new AOS and associated hoses, plugs, plug tubes and coil packs, starter, and many other little things all over the car  (again can provide spreadsheet) – Winter 2021-2022
-Full suspension refresh with all new control arms and MCS shocks in 2021.
-Replaced all power steering and clutch lines front to back with OEM new in winter 2022-2023 along with adding an LNE power steering cooler up front (in front of left radiator)
-New custom teflon lined transmission cooler lines made/installed winter 2022-2023
-New OEM Porsche brake calipers installed in early 2021.  996 GT3 brake booster and brake master cylinder installed winter 2021-2022.
-Engine oil and transmission oil replaced every other track/race weekend during my ownership
-Castrol SRF brake fluid bled between every event and full flush/replacement each winter
-Front and rear bumper covers repainted in 2021 as well as the left rear quarter
-New brake pads and rotors October 2023 – Car has not been on track since installation
-Brake fluid flush (Castrol SRF) – October 2023
-Coolant drain and refill – October 2023 (60/40 distilled water/Porsche coolant)
-New windshield November 2023
-Full set of extra livery decals included with sale
-Dyno testing March 2024 at 196HP on a Dynojet dyno (Excellent for a healthy 2.5L Boxster engine).

Blemishes on the car
-Floorpan wrinkle behind/under driver’s seat which occurred under previous ownership (hit tall track curbing), no effect on performance or chassis integrity it’s just pushed in a bit here, not visible other than under the car and looking behind the driver’s seat.
-Minor dent on left rocker panel
-I do my own chassis setup, corner balancing and alignment and I can assure you the car is straight and no suspension pickup points affected in the least by these dents.
-Front end paint pitting consistent with track use/racing (Since front bumper respray in early 2021)

Spares included in sale at no additional cost (Buyer can choose anything not wanted):
-Two sets of Jongbloed SPB wheels (one set on the car, one set spare) – Square 17x8.5” – With used Toyo RR’s mounted on all

The car is being sold through my friend and well known Porsche broker Joe Rothman @JR944 .  Broker is NO cost to buyer, just makes my life easier.
Feel free to contact me or Joe with questions via PM.

Thanks for looking!!

SPB is still by far the most competitive class in PCA Club racing with the most cars at every race, often by far. If you want to go racing and have good competition at every venue SPB is the way to go!

Seat is mounted to original pan using a GMG seat base, best one out there.
SPB rules may prevent modification of the floor pan, but not 100% sure there, would have to check.
Send me a DM with your email or cell number I'd be happy to snap pics of the cage for you.
