This one-owner 2018 Porsche GT2 RS is finished in one of Porsche’s most striking Paint to Sample colors- Viola Purple Metallic, which looks outstanding when paired with the extensive use of bare carbon on this GT2 RS. Sold new at Porsche of Plano in Texas, this GT2 RS is in showroom condition and shows just 14 miles on the odometer. The Weissach package is fitted to this car, which reduces weight by 66 lbs and fits the exterior with additional carbon fiber aero pieces and a beautiful set of gold finish magnesium BBS wheels. These wheels, paired with the gorgeous purple paint, make for a truly magnificent-looking car and surely one of the least common color combinations ever put on a GT2 RS. 

The interior is finished in black leather with Alcantara centers in the 918 Spyder style sport seats and Platinum Gray stitching is found throughout the inside. Although you could order a GT2 RS in a totally stripped-out track specification, this owner chose to specify this RS with an upgraded Bose surround sound system, which offers excellent functionality and a listening experience you can hear over the exhaust. An Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel is graced with a red marker at the 12 o’clock position, and crucially, a front axle lift system was specified, which makes the GT2 RS far easier to drive around town or load into a trailer without putting the low front splitter at risk. 

The GT2 RS is propelled by a potent 3.8-liter flat-6 engine equipped with a pair of turbochargers, delivering an astounding 691 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque. This makes the GT2RS the most powerful roadgoing 911 to leave the Porsche factory and is paired with a 7-speed PDK gearbox. This enables the car to achieve an almost unbelievable lap time of 6:47.3 around the Nürburgring Nordschleife, translating to an average 184 km/h speed. For those seeking even more performance, the optional Weissach package enhances the GT2 RS's capabilities by including carbon fiber anti-roll bars and coupling rods on both axles. Furthermore, the exhaust system is meticulously crafted from titanium, reducing weight and imparting a distinct and captivating sound to this exceptional automobile.

There is no doubt that the 991 GT2 RS is one of the most beloved Porsche to come out of the factory in the modern day. Finding one with essentially delivery miles is not easy, but finding one in that condition wearing such a unique specification, makes this example a true unicorn.
