Runs and drives perfectly with oil service 12/27/23. Car suffered engine failure early in life and received a new Porsche engine in 2008 from Carlsen Porsche, Redwood City, CA. Previous owner took meticulous care of car, mechanically, as he owned a Porsche parts house in CA. No track history with me or PO, it was a commuter car. Will pass CA & NV emissions testing.
Modifications include PSS9 coilovers, lightened FW with sport clutch kit, short throw, cup front end, suspension bushings refreshed. Tire tread is like new but tires are dated 2017. I had GT3 seats installed and have since removed them; the OEM seats are back in car but the heaters will not come back on and need a PIWIS to reactivate them. The horn is also not working. There are no leaks. Does not burn oil and IMS is original. Brakes are excellent and HVAC works perfectly. New cabin filter and new BMC air cleaner. This car is a reliable driver and can be driven anywhere – not a garage queen. Will include new F&R track brakes and a Durametric Enthusiast cable that doesn’t store VINs.
This car is seldom driven and being sold to free up garage space for new car. Fly in to town and drive it home –weather permitting.
