Does this bolt right up just replacing cats and mufflers of the stock system or is it missing some components for install?

Correct, bolts right up. Put cats on first, then v-band clamp to muffler and then v-band clamp to outlet pipes/ends. Nothing missing, only item I'm not 100% sure on is the size of the straps, they might be 1" too big, I had 2 sets and one went with another exhaust and I don't know which this set is. Can easily get the correct set from Fabspeed or put some piece of metal to take up the slack until you can the correct size, if these are in fact too big.
