With regards to your comment of no IMS issues, does that mean you haven't had issues, or you've done the IMS bearing upgrade/solution?
The original engine was replaced by a prior owner at around 40K miles. I have a letter from Porsche confirming the motor replacement. The new Porsche engine has the improved, larger M97 IMS bearing that is not serviceable. Previous owner installed a magnetic drain plug with no sign of metal debris, as well as none in the oil filter.

I took it to a track day once, but decided it wasn't my scene. I have had the car since 2019; I can't speak for the previous owners. I know the gentleman who owned it before me used it as a daily driver. I believe it was lowered about 1 inch on Eibach springs by the previous owner.
