You might reconsider some of those dealer offers. There are a lot of these sitting on dealer lots that aren't moving right now. Based on the asking prices I suspect they are eating it pretty hard.

A lot of people paid exorbitantly high ADM's 12-18 months ago and are trying to minimize their losses by asking above market prices still. Its a tough pill to swallow for most, but with dealers overflowing with specialty models and cars sitting, eventually things will come back around. Cars that are priced right, tend to sell quickly. OP good luck with your sale, its a nice car!

Porsche Bellingham is one of the good guys and doesn't charge ADMs, I'm assuming you paid sticker for this car, correct?

Yes… Porsche of Bellingham is fantastic however with sales tax, license fees and PFF and PRE PAID SERVICE PLAN still far exceeds $250,000 🤣
