Description:

Well cared for, very reliable car that has developed an engine noise.  Still runs and drives normally but has been parked due to noise.  Best guess by mechanic is a ball or roller bearing sound from timing chain tensioner or possibly IMS bearing.
New tires, starter, battery, water pump brakes in past two years.
Clean title.
Same mature adult owner past 12 years.
All components working properly with no issues except noise.
Noise started out as a loose timing chain sound and then changed to  higher pitched bearing type sound.
Car has been parked since sound changed (to avoid further damage).
Serious buyers with cash in hand can hear it run and drive.
