 History and Maintenance:



 February 2014 - Manufacture Date (Zuffenhausen Plant, Germany)



 March 8th 2014 – Engine Exchange, Quality Initiative Recall No. AE01

-       Replaced engine with 10 miles on the odometer

-       Porsche found issue with the joint on piston connecting rod and remedied by replacing the engines (785 vehicles affected).

-       Porsche extended the limited warranty on the engine (internally lubricated components) for 10 years or 120,000 miles, whichever comes first (coverage still active until November, 11th 2024)

-       Extended engine warranty coverage is transferrable to subsequent owners

-       All documentation conveys with the vehicle



 November 11th 2014 – (1st Owner) Vehicle sold by Porsche of Colorado Springs, CO

-       Warranty “in –service” date is November 11th 2014



 December 3rd 2014 – Pre-delivery inspection completed, tires filled with nitrogen



 (Owner 1) - Vehicle owned in Omaha, Nebraska and was reported to be part of a 14 vehicle collection from November 2014 – February 2015.  Carfax shows ownership in Montana and it is believed the owner registered the vehicle at a property in Montana for tax purposes, but the vehicle remained in Omaha, NE. It appears the first owner did not drive the vehicle.



 February 7th 2015 – (2nd owner) Purchased by 2nd owner in Granger, Iowa from a Porsche dealership with 48 miles on the odometer.



 March 13th 2015 – Paint Protection Film (PPF) applied to: partial hood, fenders, mirrors, front bumper, door sills, rear fender flares, and rear splash behind front wheels by a shop in Urbandale, Iowa.



 March 18th 2016 – Oil service performed in Clive, Iowa with 2971 miles



 March 27th 2017 – Oil and Filter service performed and new brake fluid installed by Woodhouse Porsche in Omaha, NE with 4218 miles.



 December 15th 2018 – (3rd and current owner) Purchased from Woodhouse Porsche in Omaha, NE with 4751 miles as a CPO vehicle.

-       Purchased as a Certified Pre Owned (CPO) vehicle

-       During CPO certification dealership installed: new spark plugs, air filter, brake fluid, key battery, changed the oil/filter and replaced the serpentine belt.

-       CPO Warranty expired November 13th 2021



 December 15th 2018 – Current owner purchased Porsche car cover, rubber mats and ‘no hole’ front license plate bracket. Vehicle also comes with Porsche carpet mats still in packaging.

 May 12th 2021 – Replaced thermostat and coolant regulator, drained, filled and bled cooling system at Porsche of Colorado Springs, CO with 8180 miles



 June 26th 2021 – New Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires ordered from Discount Tire Direct and installed with mount and balance by Blue Mobile Tire LLC in Littleton, CO with 8488 miles.



 July 5th 2021 - Changed out brake fluid with Motol 600 in Littleton, CO with 8488 miles.



 December 3rd 2021 – Oil and filter service performed in Littleton, CO with 9393 miles.



 October 6th 2021 – New windshield installed in Littleton, CO.

 -       This GT3 is owned outright with a clean Colorado title. 

-       The vehicle has never been tracked and the current owner has never used launch control.

-       The owner always wears driving gloves to protect the alcantara steering wheel.

-       Vehicle has never been driven in the rain nor snow.

-       GT3 is always stored in a heated garage, with the Porsche car cover and plugged into a battery tender.

-       The vehicle has 1 flaw, the replaceable black trim piece on the front air dam hit road debris and has a ding, no damage to paint nor body.
