All service and maintenance records, 2 keys and window sticker. Has new tires, brake pads and slotted rotors. Had a minor accident hitting freeway debris requiring the replacement of the two right wheels. I know the prices are fluctuating but also know this is a relatively sought after year and combination of features. I'm quite willing to negotiate in good faith.
