2018 gt3, paint to sample, auratium green. The car is a 6 speed Manual. Light weight carbon buckets, axle lift, carbon brakes, leather dash and doors, Sport Chrono, silver seat belts. I have all original parts except the oem wheels. The car has truly never been tracked and has been fully Ppf'd its entire life.I don't drive it in any bad weather and its in a climate controlled garage. I have known every prior owner of the car. There are no flaws on the car and I just removed Ppf to redo it and now am considering selling it to get a 992 gt3. Im on the fence about selling, but if someone has to have it I will consider. In the process of buying it from a friend we discovered that the dmv made a clerical error and put a salvage title on the car. We went to the state offices and they acknowledged this was a mistake and produced the title which is a clean title. The reason I bring this up is because carfax is hard to deal with and I submitted a claim but they are "processing" the fix. Like I said I have a clean title in hand and this is a no stories car.
After market options are:
-Half cage in black
- Hre classic 300 wheels
- gmg exhaust bypass
- clear side markers
Curious to see where this example transacts at - surely this is the best example one can reasonably find on the market of a winged car so it should represent the ceiling (whatever that currently is). Fantastic example.
Accidental salvage on the title is a story. Until that is removed from carfax, I think it will affect the value and ability to sell. Car looks great in green, GLWS.

Why? Carfax is a private company. They make mistakes. If the title is legitimately clean from the dmv, the carfax mistake has little impact. This isn't Florida, Texas doesn't wash titles.

If you're paying top of the market pricing, which this is, you expect a clean no story car. If there's an issue or story then it better be cleaned up at this price point because buyers have tons of other cars to choose from in this range.
Not to mention that in Many states (like my own North Carolina) the accident or incident doesn't even dhow up on CARFAX unless a Police report was written.
Its "a resource" but Not "THE Resource" for car history and accuracy. you still need a proper and through PPI, carafe only tells part of the story
