I am 3rd owner, purchased car in May 2021, 11,2xx miles. Looking to upgrade to 3RS. Clear and Free Title, Manual, two keys, factory literature, Window Sticker, Clean Carfax. This is my 1st Porsche ever and it’s been so unbelievable to drive I am not sure what took me so long to own one. With that said, I have taken the car to the track 4-5 times as that’s where these cars truly shine.

I did change the rotors, pads, tires for track use and used racing brake fluid. Engine Oil/Brake Fluid(racing) changed recently on 3/25/2022.  Stock rotors/pads will be installed for sale.  Would consider selling the Girodisc rotors/Ferodo pads if buyer has interest.

Michelin Pilot 4S on 20” Factory Wheels, 8/32 current tread depth on all four tires.

You will notice on Monroney Label in the pics that MSRP shows $190,120.00. Please note that this was a Canadian Car at birth and was imported into the US in October 2020 thus the higher values (CDN) shown on it. All gauges/instruments, AC unit have been installed to show proper MPH and Fahrenheit for US market.

Full disclosure: General wear and tear on the plastic front lip. However, there is also a small crack in bumper under PPF near front lip. Was unfortunate to clip a large unseen curb which resulted in this. 

I am happy to do a walk around/more in depth video on request for any interested buyers. I am an easy seller willing to make this as seamless as possible. I will not waste your time so please be respectful and not waste mine.
