The face is pretty clean doesn't need a repaint, the curb rash is on the outer edge of the rims so when tires are mounted they wont be as noticeable, but there are youtube videos on how to sort of get rid of the curb rash using super fine grit sand paper.. For a full recondition there are many wheel repair shops that can do it and prices vary, best to call around.
