A little background. I wanted to buy a 718 Spyder but the wait lists were long and I was convinced that production would end before I got a chance. I gave up and found a nearly perfect 981 Spyder that was CPO so I few down to Houston and bought it. Less than two months later, my SA called me to let me know that I could order my 718. I was on the fence as I really do love this car but decided that I just can't pass up on the opportunity to order a new Porsche as I had never done that. I am now about three months out on delivery for the 718 Spyder. My dealer offered me $95k on trade. I figured I would offer it here in case anyone is looking for one before trying BAT.
Pictures shown are dealer pictures but I will get fresh pictures taken this Monday and update this listing.
Car is very well optioned with an MSRP of $108,235. I have just performed a $1,200 service at Porsche including oil change, cabin filter change, and brake flush. The only modification is a Softronic tune. The tune is reversible in 5 minutes with the included handheld device with no flash count to the ECU. The tune really wakes up the car and pretty much eliminates the 3.8 engine power dip around 4,700 RPM. I have been very happy with it and the car should have come this way from the factory.
Info here: https://www.softronicsoftware.com/98...software-2016/
Car is GT Silver with the Spyder classic interior package. Key factory options are Burmester sound (sounds amazing), 18-way seats with leather backs, extended leather dashboard, instrument surround in leather, back up camera (rare for '16), tinted tail lights, lower mirrors and intake painted in gloss black, PDLS, extended fuel tank, etc.
Issues: The entire front is covered in PPF as well as the running boards and the leading edge of the rear fenders. There are a couple divots in the PPF and I think it was applied since new and is probably due for a replacement to make it perfect. There is a half inch line in the leather by the shifter. I can't tell is this is a natural cow variation or if it was scratched but it does not go though the surface of the leather. The right rear wheel looks like it had a 1" curb in the paint that was touched up.
No other issues with the car. It feels tight with no rattles or other issues. This car has been babied as shown on the over rev report. Car is financed with Porsche Financial but if someone wanted a deal without having to deal with Porsche, I could pay off the loan. Hit me up with any questions!
Beautiful car, great spec and a reasonable price...maybe i should list my 13' S for sale and buy this Hmmmm. I really shouldn't look at this forum so much lol

Do it! Due to only 800 of these in NA and 2,500 produced world-wide, these will maintain their value and possibly go up--especially in this colorway.
One day and a few people interested. I will clean off the pollen this morning and I have a professional photographer coming out on Monday to take BAT photos but it may not get that far if it sells before then. I'll do some walkarounds for those who asked.
BAT photo shoot done yesterday. I will post those pictures here as soon as I get them. The photographer, Josh, was only booked for an hour but being a car guy who wanted to talk about cars and loved the Spyder, actually took three hours.
I'm paying off the car this week so I'll have the title in hand shortly for an easier transaction.
