Let’s say you bought your house for $500k in 2019 and it’s worth $700k in today’s market. Would you sell it for $500k?
I wasn’t implying anything. It’s to keep potential buyer informed. I don’t see any problem with this pricing. In fact I think it should be listed higher to weed out the tire kickers
This is your first post? How did you buy the car off the other forum member?
I'm not saying he did or didn't... But a close friend bought his GT4 from a Rennlister because I sent him the ad, PM'd the seller, and got them in touch.

People can ask whatever they want, regardless of what they paid. Beyond that though, paying $20k over original MSRP on a 981 GT4 is insane. These cars still haven't really moved beyond MSRP unless you have PTS, PCCBs, LWBs, and a very specific buyer.
I wish the seller the absolute best in getting whatever value they can from the car.
How dare you have only 1 post and try to do what Veteran RL members, porsche enthusiasts and brand loyalists have been doing for decades.
Speculating, investing and finally taking advantage of market fluctuations are for people with tons more posts and long standing in fellow Porsche brotherhood.
A select group gets allocations. Sells them for premium after enjoying them and instagramming for a few months. Been seeing this for years.
Anyone else , and they are branded flippers and shown “get off my lawn” by same people whose have the HOA president mentality. Lol
