Pristine 2005 Porsche Carrera 997, 6-speed manual transmission, 40K miles. Two SoCal owners, always garaged, never a commuter car. Exceptionally clean throughout, a product of its southern CA environment the last 16 years. A great driving machine for the canyon roads & twisties out there. All service items up-to-date and all service records included. Needs nothing but to be driven. Four new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires installed 6 months & 2K miles ago on blemish-free Porsche OEM Carrera wheels. Recent preventative maintenance and service performed includes new water pump and low-temp thermostat (originals looked fine), new coolant, fresh Mobilube PTX 75W-90 transmission oil, and a brake fluid flush with Motul RBF600 fluid. New Brembo front brake rotors and brake pads, Bosch alternator, intake air filter, cabin charcoal filter, navigation & HVAC ***** & switches, all replaced within the last year. LN Engineering 2-quart sump extension installed for additional reserve oiling and to protect the air-oil separator (AOS). IMS bearing replaced by Vision Motorsports of Laguna Hills, CA in 2016 with robust Porsche OEM large-bearing IMS. No measurable oil consumption between changes, clean exhaust tips.
I owned a 2006 Carrera S during years past and I can't discern an appreciable performance difference compared to this car. I actually prefer the non-PASM suspension of this Carrera.
Available for $45,997 in San Juan Capistrano, CA and will ship elsewhere on buyer's account.
