Nice. First post on Rennlist and it is to try and flip a C8 for $34K over sticker. Good luck with that...

Maybe if it was a Z06?

Lets all get over the fact that sports cars (no matter how bad or how good it is) will be selling at a significant premium for the foreseeable future. If you have the money to buy, make an offer and buy, if you dont then just move on ...this has been debated more than a million times and no matter what happens, corporate ( GM or Porsche) will never jeopardize its distribution arm over this....that is bad business practice!

Yeah, I see a lot of people holding onto hope with this letter, but if they actually read the letter from GM, it's basically saying "Don't promise MSRP and then jack up the price upon delivery"...which is definitely not the same as "Only sell at MSRP".

I'm hoping for a Z06 myself at some point, but beautiful car and good luck!
