How do I tell if I have a wide body? Is there a measurement for that body panel? Are C2 narrow and C4 wide?

I don't believe so. The offsets are too low for a 991 and the wheels will stick out too far.

Great looking wheels. Would they fit if your rear fenders were not rolled?
I’m currently running 19x10.5 ET 36 in the rear on a mildly lowered 4S.

These wheels sit exactly the same on the outside as the wheels you are currently running, and will take up 12mm of additional space inside the wheel wells. So no, they won't rub on your C4S.
