eBay has sellers of Porsche interior pieces. I was able to purchase leather side panels
both front and back from “Specialized German”. This seller has many used parts and has 99% satisfaction rating.He also has full leather dash boards.
i have see consoles as well. Might give him a try, responds pretty quick to questions.
