Maybe not - that seller on FB is a car dealer (at least according to his profile) and he's in PA, not CA. Maybe he bought it to flip it or is selling as a broker. Note that the asking price here was $40K and the new seller is asking $50K.

I still own the car. I did put the car up for sale as it was in transit to PA but had since taken down the ad. This whole transaction has been less than favorable but it's not worth getting into. I decided to keep the car when it arrived as it was in NO shape to resell (not blaming seller) so I am getting things sorted and taking it to some track events this spring.

This is a desperate attempt to reach out to the seller. The seller had disclosed he has a "Folder with 2+ Inches of receipts for all upgrades and services performed". He mentioned twice that I would get them, but nothing has come. He has since gone silent on me even though he is active here on RL in last 24hrs but won't return my messages and text or calls.
