I actually have one made recently but no longer need, let me know if you're interested. it made for 18" wheel AP caliper and Rotor, similar to the Essex one

I think I have what you're looking for - complete steel Essex brake package - rotors and pads for both front and rear. Tracked twice - once at Homestead and once at Sebring. I sold the car in preparation for the new GT4 RS which is on order. This equipment is like new and in excellent condition. DM if interested - I'll be taking photos today and listing them ASAP.
